Ms. Forino

Early Education Fellow

Ms. Forino recently graduated from the University of Virginia, when she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After completing her undergraduate education, she began working towards her Master of Education degree, with a concentration in Educational Psychology Social Foundations. As she continues with her education, she is working as the Early Childhood Teaching Fellow for the PreK1 classroom. Prior to working with BASIS Independent McLean, Ms. Forino worked at a therapeutic residential school in Keswick, Virginia. She is excited to bring her experiences and education to the Early Childhood classroom to help the students grow throughout the year.

One of the things that most attracted Ms. Forino to BASIS Independent McLean is the priority the students receive in the classroom. She loves how the teachers are dedicated to their students’ successes and inspire growth in the classroom.

New to the Northern Virginia/DC area, Ms. Forino love to explore new restaurants, museums, and national sites. She is still finding new and exciting activities to discover in the area, and appreciates all recommendations!
