Señora Angelovich graduated from The State University of New York at Oneonta earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a minor in Educational Psychology. She then graduated from the University of Scranton, earning her Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Ashley studied abroad in Valencia, Spain. While in Spain, she lived with two different host families and studied Spanish literature and conversation. The Spanish language has always been an important aspect of Señora Angelovich’s life, as her family is from Cuba. She is passionate about sharing her passion for the Spanish language and culture with her students.
Señora Angelovich joins BASIS Independent McLean as a Subject Expert Teacher in Spanish. Prior to joining BASIS Independent Mclean, Señora Angelovich taught Spanish for 12 years at the middle school, high school, and collegiate level for both private and public schools.
