Week 8: Monitoring Behavior

Hi everyone! I don’t have many updates for this week because there was not a whole lot going on. The rats that were involved in the fentanyl project I talked about in my last blog were put in the behavior boxes, and we analyzed their behavior. I also ran behavior studies on another group of rats that are being studied for their endocannabinoid system. This is basically a group of neurotransmitters that run through the central nervous system. I am waiting for those experiments to finish so we can collect the data and begin interpreting it. Most likely this will end up happening next week though!
